The main programme opens with Spartacus and runs through July and August with titles such as Electra Jonda, Timón de Atenas, Bacanal, La comedia de la olla, Cómicos de Roma, Fedra, en los infiernos, El viaje de Edipo and Las 9 musas.
Beyond the main stage
The Festival broadens its reach through other venues and a complementary programme that reinforces the cultural experience in the city.
The official documentation highlights seven productions at this venue, together with an international proposal and an inclusive theatre proposal with the participation of ONCE.
The catalogue includes lectures, meetings, exhibitions, courses and workshops that enrich the programme beyond the evening performances.
The 2026 edition reinforces its international dimension with presentations in Lisbon and, for the first time, in Lima, as well as other venues linked to the festival.
The organisation announces accessible performances, subtitles, audio description, induction loop and headphones at the main venues.
